If we choose not to hear or see the evil around us, does it then just simply cease to exist? And, if we finally acknowledge that it exists, but we say nothing, what does that say about us ??
But, what happens when you begin to feel overwhelmed by the constant barrage of information flowing in and then out of the news cycle each and every single day on the internet, on the airwaves and in the print media?? I, myself, am beginning to feel like a research project of Cloward and Piven‘ s………we are inundated with one political crisis after another creating such despair in the hearts and minds of freedom loving Americans that we eventually become so weary, we just throw our hands up and say, “It is all just too much, there is nothing we can do, no one is paying attention to the truth and no one really seems to care. Let the next generation worry about the fall-out from letting government programs reach unsustainable levels. Let the next generation deal with the loss of religious liberty, the societal ramifications of legalizing same-sex marriage, and the shattered lives of those who have acquiesced in the taking of the life of a precious unborn child of God. Let the next generation cope with explaining to their children that, in the pursuit of their own personal agendas they tolerated policies, for the sake of political correctness, which were against the common good.”
When the burden of “being awakened” to the threat that exists to “America as we know her” and the frustration of not knowing what to do, or what to say, or how to say it, gives rise to hopelessness; I envision the innocent faces of my grandchildren. It is then that I am strengthened and emboldened in my mission to share what I have learned from those who are far more knowledgeable than I, and who are also courageous enough to go against popular opinion to give voice to that knowledge.
