“USA, USA, USA”!!!!!!

Can this possibly be a sign that Congress is finally “waking up” to the “real” world??  Are the prayers which are being offered to the Creator of the Universe in order to bring courageous, common sense, patriotic voices to the forefront of our political discourse being answered??  Rep. Kelly hit the proverbial nail on the head when he stated the other day that government regulations are literally the driving force behind the failing economy.  To think that our President doesn’t get this, is completely naive………….the President has been indoctrinated his entire life by the idea that America became great on the backs of the less fortunate and the less educated and so “folks” need government to “spread the wealth around” because otherwise “they cling to their guns or religion or antipathy toward people who aren’t like them or anti-immigrant sentiment or … uh, anti-trade sentiment as a way to explain their frustrations.”

This is who Obama is, and right now our country needs not only the voices of those like Mike Kelly, Rick Santelli, Allen West, Michelle Bachman, Glenn Beck, Thomas Sowell, Walter Williams, Rick Santorum, Laura Ingraham, Michelle Malkin, etc., but our country desperately needs its citizens to hear the truth about what has made the United States “the land of the free and the home of the brave”.

Representative Mike Kelly, speaking on the House floor today, managed something very rare in the history of the institution – he got a standing ovation. Applause is usually forbidden in the house, but Kelly‘s blistering attack on regulatory red tape and Washington’s culture of control was apparently so powerful that several of his fellow house members couldn’t resist showing their support, clapping, standing up and shouting “USA! USA! USA!”

Would you applaud this way? See Kelly’s speech below and decide for yourself:
